Welcome to EXERCITEMENT FITNESS. Offering a variety of group exercise classes, designed for all levels of fitness. Currently all classes are offered through the City of Pleasanton Parks and Community Services. Classes are taught by Terri Gonzalez, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with more than 25 yrs. experience. Mon-Thurs classes are at Pleasanton Senior Center, Sat. morning class at
Cultural Arts Bldg.

WEDNESDAY: CARDIO SCULPT (CARDIO/STRENGTH COMBO)*

THURSDAY: GET PUMPED!

SATURDAY: GETTING TO THE CORE: PILATES /YOGA FUSION**
